Fireworks

Instead of taking care of our kids until 10 pm, we decided to do sparklers and fireworks before it dark.

    I can see how that's a good idea for little kids, but it doesn't seem to have the same effect...

    It definitely leaves something to be desired, but it was nice to have them in bed, and watch the Capitol's Fourth of July celebration on TV with my husband and NO kids.
