After our parking ran out we went to Gilgal Garden (749 East 500 South). Its really quite a weird place, it a little park in the middle of a bunch of houses. You feel like you are about to walk into someone's backyard, and you wouldn't even see it driving by. But has some cool stuff, like the Joseph Smith Sphinx.
Malachi 4:6, And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their father... (the white heart is the dead, while the red represents the living) Feel free to use this picture as a visual aid next time you have to teach this lesson in Sunday School.
Yay! I'm so glad you guys went there. It's such a fun, hidden gem of the city.
ReplyDeleteI've always heard of that place living in Utah, quite weird. Great pictures, looks like you guys have been enjoying some family time!
