After missing the first birthday of the year for one out of my 60 immediate relatives I've decided to go on Sabbatical. My husband is in school and everyone is entitled to break sometimes. Don't expect a birthday card from me this year. Unless you are someone's grandma or grandpa. Sorry.
I'm sure some of you don't care which is why I'm going on sabbatical, sort of...
I plan on sending them in a year from now, but who knows.
It wasn't two kids that drove me to quit, it was MBA school.
Let's hope I'm not quitting, but just breaking...
You deserve a break. You've been a very good birthday card sender, plus this year you will save quite a bit of money by taking this break.
ReplyDeleteI love getting cards from you! I will miss them but as you already have seen I took a sabbatical a while ago so I always felt so guilty about not sending you a card when I always got one.
