Comparing my kids.
They both look like babies, and have some of the same features, but I don't think they look anything a like. Here are pictures of my son at the exact same age as the headband pictures, to the week. They are even wearing the same onesie.

This was my favorite outfit for my son.
He had enough hair if he were a girl I could have put plain clips in.
These pictures don't do it justice but his hair curled up in front.
