Not a typo

The title of this blog is not a typo, at least not this time. Two and half years ago my mother made me an iphoto book with my engagement pictures it in, and accidentally missed spelled hapilly. So now, I do not live happily, I live hapilly. I've done it all achieved everything there is to achieve in a mormon girl's life. I got married, had a baby, and graduated from college. K, so thats not everything, but isn't a baby and a husband what every girl's camp dream was ever about. Mine weren't about that, according to my plans currently I would be taking the summer off after graduation before I started law school. Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on how you look at it, an 18 year old version of myself in her first week of college met a RM. And now four years later I am a political scientist who takes care of a 15 month old boy full time. And this blog is devoted to my housewife thoughts...like the fact you always know its been a good day when you have been able to use 3 out of the 4 Cutco knives.

  1. Yeah!! I am so glad you have joined blogdom. This means we will get to know what is going on in your world, sure there will be a slight lag depending on how often you keep up with your life and post stories and thoughts and pictures. This is so fun.

  3. I hope Cindy didn't mean that sarcastically, I think I caught a hint of it in there... (just kidding)

I bet I'll get to know more about your life now than what I knew when you were living beneath me (literally, not figuratively).

I think that the word Hapilly is a great cross between the words haphazardly and silly, or chilly, or frilly, or chantilly...maybe?

    Blog on!

  4. No, not sarcastic. I am an inactive member on the family blog, remember.

  5. Hooray! I can't wait to hear your deepest thoughts on motherhood plastered all over the internet! I hope you give us lots of mushy details and your hubby gets so embarrassed when he reads about himself! Hee Hee

  6. Danna won't be hard, once she gets use to being a stay at home mom. Brent's response was, "you didn't," then once the initial shock wore off he said, "great googily moogily."
